Roofing Before & After in Orlando, FL
We could tell you we do clean work. We’d rather show you. Every project below came out of Orlando’s specific weather, roof designs, and problem patterns. Wind Uplift Repair in Conway
Before
AfterPlaceholder: replace with before/after photo pair
After a spring storm rolled through Conway, this homeowner had shingles standing up like dog ears along the south-facing slope. The nails had backed out, which is what happens when Orlando’s afternoon thunderstorms hit a roof that’s past year fifteen. We pulled the failed shingles, reset the nail pattern on the surrounding courses, and resealed everything. The roof now sits flat through the next storm, and the repair is covered by our 365-Day Done Right Promise.
Ridge Vent Replacement in Baldwin Park
Before
AfterPlaceholder: replace with before/after photo pair
Baldwin Park has its share of Mediterranean-style tile roofs, and when a ridge vent fails, the attic turns into an oven by mid-June. This one had cracked plastic vent sections and missing mortar along the ridge line. We removed the old vent, set a new one with fresh mortar, and matched the tile profile so the repair disappears into the roofline. The homeowner’s upstairs air conditioner stopped working overtime within a week.
Flashing Failure Around a Chimney in College Park
Before
AfterPlaceholder: replace with before/after photo pair
Water was staining the drywall around this College Park fireplace, and the source was the flashing – the metal strips that seal the joint where the chimney meets the roof. The old flashing had pulled away, leaving a gap wide enough for Orlando’s sideways summer rain to walk right in. We removed the old metal, cut new step flashing, and re-sealed the base with the right adhesive for Florida’s heat. The stain dried out, and the leak has not returned.
Full Shingle Replacement in Hunter’s Creek

Placeholder: replace with before/after photo pair
This Hunter’s Creek home still had its original builder-grade shingles from 2004, and they were granulating into the gutters. The homeowner wanted something rated for Florida’s wind and hail without paying for a premium brand he didn’t need. We installed GAF architectural shingles with a high-wind nail pattern and replaced the underlayment in the valleys. He got a roof that will outlast the next mortgage refinance, with a written price before the first nail went in.
Leak Over a Lanai in Dr. Phillips

Placeholder: replace with before/after photo pair
The intersection where a main roof ties into a lanai is one of the most common leak points we see in Dr. Phillips. This one had been patched twice by another company, and the homeowner had buckets in the living room every time it rained for more than twenty minutes. We tore off the patchwork, rebuilt the transition flashing, and re-pointed the tile edge. The buckets are back in the garage.
Roof Installation on New Build in Lake Nona

Placeholder: replace with before/after photo pair
A builder in Lake Nona brought us in because his last roofer left exposed fasteners and uneven shingle courses. On a new build, the roof is the first thing a buyer’s inspector checks. We laid a full CertainTeed system with straight lines, proper starter strips, and a clean ridge. The builder passed inspection on the first visit, and he’s kept us on for every project since.
