Meet the Orlando Team Behind Crestview Roofing Co Orlando
We’re a local Orlando roofing crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors you’ll never see twice. The people who show up at your door are the same people who tear off the old shingles, install the new ones, and answer your questions when you call back six months later. Every member of our team works under the same standard: a written price before we start, before-and-after photos of every job, and a 365-day warranty on every repair we make. That’s the Relay Standard, and it’s how we’ve operated in Orlando since 2000.
Our People
Dylan Pace, Owner
Dylan founded Crestview Roofing Co Orlando in 2000, and he still walks every roof before we quote it. He’s the one who wrote the 365-Day Done Right Promise because he got tired of hearing about Orlando roofers who vanished the moment a repair failed. Dylan’s been on Florida roofs through twenty-four hurricane seasons, and he’ll tell you straight: if a roofer won’t put a price in writing before the first nail goes in, call someone else. When he’s not on a ladder, he’s usually arguing with someone about whether GAF or CertainTeed makes a better shingle for Central Florida’s afternoon downpours. He owns the company, answers the phone, and stands behind every job we finish.
Marcus J., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Crestview Roofing Co Orlando for fourteen years, and he’s the guy who figures out what’s actually wrong when a roof leaks. He’s certified on GAF and Owens Corning systems, but his real specialty is flashing, the metal strips that seal the joints around chimneys, vents, and skylights. Most Orlando roof leaks we see trace back to failed flashing, not the shingles themselves, and Marcus can spot a bad flashing job from the street. He keeps a running mental log of which Orlando neighborhoods get the worst wind-driven rain, and he’ll gladly explain why a College Park home from 1952 needs different flashing than a Lake Nona build from 2019. When Marcus says a repair will hold, it holds.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena leads our re-roofing crews on full replacements across Orlando, from Baldwin Park to MetroWest. She’s been installing roofs for seventeen years, and before that she framed houses in Texas, which means she understands how a roof ties into the structure below it. Elena is our CertainTeed and Boral specialist, and she’s the one who trains every new installer on proper underlayment and ventilation. Florida heat destroys roofs from the inside out when attic ventilation is wrong, and Elena has strong opinions about ridge vents, ones she’s happy to share if you ask. She also holds the crew record for most shingles carried up a ladder in one job, a record she mentions only when someone new tries to keep up with her.
Tony V., Service Coordinator
Tony is usually the voice on the phone when you call (448) 218-0800. He’s been with the Orlando team for eight years and keeps the schedule, the truck inventory, and the paperwork moving without dropping anything. Before roofing, Tony worked in commercial dispatch, and it shows in the way he tracks every appointment and follows up after every job. He’s the reason you get a live arrival time before our technicians pull into your driveway, and the reason your invoice shows up by text before the truck leaves your street. Tony’s also our in-house translator for first-time homeowners who don’t know a fascia board from a soffit, which he handles with zero condescension and a lot of patience.
Styles & brands we work with

One Standard, Every Job
The Relay Standard is what keeps this Orlando crew consistent, job after job, season after season. It means every customer gets a written price before any work starts, the number on that page is the number on the invoice, and no one lifts a tool until you approve it. It means we photograph the roof before we begin and after we finish, so you can see exactly what was done and why. It means a live person answers the phone around the clock, because a roof leak doesn’t wait for business hours in July, and neither do we. And it means every repair we make is covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, in writing, with a free second visit if anything fails within that year. That standard isn’t a marketing line. It’s the way Dylan built this Orlando team, and it’s the way Marcus, Elena, Tony, and every technician behind them operates on every single roof.
Call the Orlando Team Directly
Whether you need a repair quote or a full replacement estimate, you’ll talk to Tony or another live person, not a voicemail loop. Call (448) 218-0800 and we’ll get you a written price and a clear picture of who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what happens next.
